Your impact
The Regional Safety Manager will oversee the development and implementation of safety programs for the projects in the assigned region. Must be able to possess the ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This involves conducting inspections and investigating incidents. A key aspect is promoting a safety-first culture within the organization.
Performing regular site inspections to assess safety conditions and identify areas for improvement.
You will establish working relationships and provide guidance on all matters relating to Health & Safety for those projects in your area of responsibility.
You will utilize your extensive knowledge and leadership skills by providing interpretation, technical review and support, regulatory guidance and governance oversight to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of the project HSS&E Safety Security and Environment requirements to our client.
You'll assist the Project Management Team (PMT) in review and provide guidance on all matters relating to HSS&E by Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $116,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
