What You'll Do:
- Maintain and audit driver qualification files and training records
- Track and report on HOS (Hours of Service) violations, CSA scores, and accident logs
- Coordinate safety meetings, training schedules, and compliance tasks
- Assist in DOT inspections, post-accident processes, and root cause investigations
- Learn federal and state regulations to support and improve safety initiatives
- 1+ year experience in a transportation or logistics environment (preferred)
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, managers, and compliance officers, Spanish and English
- Experience with ELD systems (e.g., Samsara, KeepTruckin, etc.) is a plus
- Desire to advance into leadership in Safety
As you demonstrate mastery of documentation and compliance support, you'll be considered for promotion into Safety Coordinator, Manager, or Director roles — with mentorship along the way.
