SAFe Agile Coach - KBR : Job Details

Serve as Agile Coach across one or more Agile Release Trains (AR - Ts) supporting rationalization, divestment, and IT lifecycle modernization. Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, Iteration Reviews, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events. Guide product owners, analysts, and delivery leads on backlog structuring, WAM-aligned prioritization, and flow efficiency. Help teams apply Agile methods to data analytics, dashboard delivery, and automated scoring logic (e.g., Jupiter, Power BI, Databricks). Monitor progress, identify delivery risks, and surface impediments requiring escalation. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, iterative refinement, and mission alignment. Support development of stakeholder-facing documentation, decision governance frameworks, and sprint-level reporting artifacts. Qualifications Required:Active DoD Secret clearance.
