Job Responsibilities
  • Assists in maintaining Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements for equipment and facilities.
  • Monitors inventory and submits parts and supplies requisitions through proper channels.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and organized work area.
  • Assists the Company Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of established system programs and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Requirements
  • Hold a current FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
  • Meet initial and continuing standards of the FAA Drug & Alcohol Program.
  • Experience and knowledge in maintaining aircraft and related components.
  • Experience in operating tools and equipment used in aircraft maintenance.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, using independent judgment and decision-making.
  • Ability to work as part of a team requiring high cooperation and coordination.
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to Company Policies & Procedures.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Computer skills are required.
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
  • Prior maintenance experience is preferred.
  • This position involves active physical work, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing for up to 8-10 hours daily.
  • Frequent lifting or moving of items weighing over 70 pounds is required.
  • Must have work-related tools as per the Company's minimum list.
  • Must pass a ten-year security background check for airport badging.
  • Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record in the past five years.
  • Must pass a pre-employment DOT/FAA drug test.
