For more information, go to rsa.com.This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Client Director located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role reports directly to the Vice President of RSA's Strategic Client Group.Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for managing key client accounts with some of the world's largest financial institutions
• Developing and maintaining business relationships, providing consultative support to drive value and grow revenue overseeing sales efforts, and leading a team of support resources.
• The job holder will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored identity-first security solutions.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 10+ years minimum experience
• Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills
• Experience in Consulting and providing strategic advice to clients
• Proven Team Management and strategic sales skills
• Track record of building long term relationships across technical, executive and line of business owners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area
• Experience in IAM & IGA
