The RRI conducts innovative research and program evaluation that address critical community issues. We work at the intersection of research, practice, training, and policy with local, state, regional, national, and international agencies and partners. The quality of our community-based participatory action work has gained us a national reputation.Position SummaryThe goal of the Oregon Supported Employment Center of Excellence (OSECE) is to support the implementation and sustainability of the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) model of Supported employment in Oregon, ensuring that the services are consistent with the evidence-based IPS model, Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), and current research. OSECE's primary function is to provide technical assistance and support based on current and relevant research for the implementation and use of the IPS fidelity scale for Oregon IPS teams.The OSECE Data Manager will support the operations of OSECE by developing and maintaining data systems, conducting data analysis, and creating reports of that analysis. They will also support the fidelity assessment team leads in obtaining and interpreting the data needed to confirm fidelity to the IPS Model according to the IPS Fidelity Scale.Data and software commonly used for this position include: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), SPSS (for quantitative data analysis), Qualtrics web survey software, ASANA project management software, Zoom, and Teams virtual meeting platforms. Depending on experience, the Data Manager may work with the OSECE Communications Manager to create and post materials on the OSECE website, including webinars and data dashboards (using Tableau or similar software). This position may also use the Canvas educational platform and Atlas qualitative data analysis software.Data to be tracked include: (1) statewide IPS staffing and training levels, (2) each team's level of fidelity to the IPS model over time, (3) Technical Assistance Plans and core components and progress, (4) secondary data regarding participant characteristics, service utilization, and outcomes, and (5) OSECE training participation by team members, including participant feedback/evaluation forms. The data manager will also be responsible for communicating with IPS teams around data needs, oversight of data submissions, uploads, data entry, and data cleaning. Duties include analysis of IPS program participant outcomes, as needed. Some statewide travel to provide technical assistance may be required.QualificationsPrimary Activity R - Research Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field
• Proven success in data management (e.g., collection, modeling, quality assurance, analysis, and distribution)
• Experience analyzing data from multiple sources
• Experience with specific Microsoft tools and data management and analysis software, including SPSS, Qualtrics, Access, and Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Business experience sufficient to meet the demands of the position, including proficiency with a variety of software applications, the internet, and wireless communication technologies
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and communicate well with others
• Flexibility with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills and effective use of time
• Successfully pass a criminal history check

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Oregon public health system
• Experience using additional software, including Tableau, Atlas, Google Voice, Asana, Zoom, and Teams
• Training and experience designing and maintaining websites
• Leadership or other supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for continuously learning the latest trends in data management
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and community partners
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
