- Workflow/automation process design
- Modern backend development
- Data engineering
- Team and stakeholder management
Client Notes:
- Candidate must be on-site in the office Monday to Friday.
- A generative AI-related experience is not mandatory
- Submit candidates from a Java and Python background.
- API Development and API Integration are mandatory.
- Architect experience is not required and mandatory.
- Customer is Finance domain, but the experience is not mandatory.
Summary: Workflow(RPA/Workflow Automation Engineer) primarily focuses on defining, optimizing, and automating business processes, often using traditional automation methods like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and business process management (BPM) tools. Detailed Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve complex software development challenges to create robust applications.
- Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) from both well-defined and ambiguous requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development among engineers of all levels.
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership to align on project goals and outcomes.
- Adapt and integrate quickly into the Clients environment, employing effective troubleshooting strategies.
- Foster strong engagement with Executive Management Groups (EMGs) and leadership to support project success.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java programming.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in data engineering and SQL.
- Expertise in API development, particularly using FastAPI.
- Advanced application development experience.
- Proficient in software development with experience in Kafka and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with job automation tools like Control-M and Airflow.
