Your Next Challenge: RPA Systems Technician

Picture yourself in a state-of-the-art RPA Operations facility where every day brings new opportunities. As a Ground Control Systems Technician, you will play a vital role in our mission, supporting the daily operations of an Air Force Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) control station. In this role, you'll engage in essential tech maintenance, utilizing Air Force Technical Data to ensure that our advanced systems operate at their best. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and installing new IT equipment, while you collaborate with experts across various disciplines and tackle projects that challenge and grow your skill set.

This role requires flexibility as you will be part of a 24/7 operations environment, ready to work rotating shifts to ensure our mission is always on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance & Technical Innovation: Provide daily maintenance, servicing, and repair for RPA ground control stations. Take the initiative in installing new hardware and software while contributing to innovative system projects.
  • Documentation & Precision: Keep thorough maintenance records, complete air crew debriefings, and ensure compliance with technical orders using the IMDS system. Your attention to detail will be critical in tracking and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a diverse team while also demonstrating your independent problem-solving skills on various projects that range in complexity.

Who We Seek

  • Educational & Technical Background: A Bachelor's Degree with up to 2 years of experience in electronics or a substitute in relevant practical experience focused on electronics maintenance and repair.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skills in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and data tables, along with competence in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work unconventional hours in a fast-paced environment, along with the physical ability to manage heavy components.
  • Clearances: A current TOP SECRET SCI Security Clearance is required to join this elite team.
