Job Description

Support a commercial healthcare customer with UiPath infrastructure and development requirements.

  • Be a core customer-facing member of the UiPath implementation team supporting commercial healthcare customers.
  • Provide hands-on support for UiPath platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • Educate and enable technical stakeholders on UiPath platform best practices relevant to their automation pipelines, program objectives, environments, and constraints.
  • Provide hands-on support to UiPath automation development, testing, and deployment into customer environments.
  • Provide hands-on support to UiPath integration requirements such as API connections and SSO integrations.
  • Provide full-time technical support to healthcare users. This position is hybrid with limited onsite requirements.
  • Candidate will be expected to obtain at least one UiPath Professional Certification during the first year of contract.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional hands-on technical experience supporting enterprise users.
  • At least 2 of the following 3:
    • 3+ years' experience with object-oriented programming (.NET, C#, Python, etc.) or platform infrastructure support.
    • 3+ years' experience with on-prem and/or cloud infrastructure including Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, APIs, and Networking.
    • 2+ years of experience with containerized deployments, including Kubernetes in production.

Preferred

  • Experience with UiPath platform infrastructure support and/or development.
  • Managing UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in healthcare IT environments and architectures.
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations or other commercial sectors.

The compensation range is $85,910 to $162,890, influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
