Job Title: RPA Production Support EngineerLocation: NYC, NYHybrid - 2-3 Days onsite per weekDuration: Contract

• Support the RPA & RDA environment as part of the production support team.
• Administer day-to-day operations of RPA processes in production.
• Manage virtual workforce in production and ensure stability of robotic environments.
• Review process support documentation, troubleshoot issues, communicate with process owners, and improve support processes internally with RPA & clients.
• Monitor and manage bots & automated processes on UiPath & BluePrism platforms.
• Assist in developing automation solutions and software to enhance digital workforce management.
• Maintain schedules, manage automation release schedules, and work to improve processes and tools used.
• Participate in RPA Design authority meetings to ensure added automations meet standards.
