• Title: RPA Production Support Engineer
• Location: NYC, NY
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
• Duration: Contract

• Support RPA & RDA environment as part of the production support team.
• Administer day-to-day operations of RPA processes in production.
• Manage virtual workforce in production and ensure stability of robotic environments.
• Review process support documentation, troubleshoot issues, communicate with process owners, and improve support processes internally with RPA & Clients.
• Monitor and manage Bots & automated processes on UiPath & BluePrism platforms.
• Assist in developing automation solutions and software to enhance digital workforce management.
• Maintain schedules, manage automation release schedules, and facilitate process improvements.
• Participate in RPA Design authority to ensure added automations meet standards.
