Route Driver - nexAir, LLC : Job Details

Safely load, deliver and unload cylinders containing compressed gases and hard goods orders; return empty cylinders to branch or plant for refilling. - Perform all required pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations. - Complete all FDA/ DOT required documentation. - Track delivery and pick-up of cylinders at customer sites using handheld device and complete all the required information/steps during the delivery and pick-up processes. - Keep truck clean and in line with DOT standards. - Communicate with supervisor on truck maintenance, customer-related issues, and delivery efficiencies. - Establish and maintain good customer relations by communicating in person with customers. - Identify and monitor customers' needs and work with them to maintain proper hard goods and cylinder levels to minimize or eliminate emergency deliveries. - Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment. - Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
