This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment, are passionate about customer service, and have a knack for problem-solving. Not only will you be driving and delivering, but you'll also be consulting with our clients, understanding their needs, and advising them on our range of products and services. Responsibilities:1. Safely operating company vehicles and adhering to all state and federal driving laws.2. Delivering products and services to customers along a specific route in a timely manner.3. Consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and advising them on suitable products or services.4. Inspecting the vehicle on a regular basis, ensuring that it is always kept clean and in good working condition.5. Handling customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.6. Assisting with loading and unloading items from the vehicle as required.7. Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and customer authorization.8. Communicating with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members as necessary.9. Continuously improving knowledge of routes, products, and services to provide better customer service.10. Providing feedback to the company on how to improve our products and services based on customer feedback and personal observations.Qualifications:1.
