Leprino, is a global leader in the dairy food and ingredient industry, and is seeking a Quality Processing Lab Tech to join our team located in Roswell, NM. Leprino is the world's largest supplier of mozzarella cheese and one of the largest suppliers of premium dairy nutrition ingredients. The Processing Lab Technician must be able to perform mathematical functions and be skilled at different computer programs such as Cyberdocs, SAP, Flex QM; Flex Quality Alerts; MES; Excel and Word, etc. The incumbent must be able to read, write, and comprehend procedures, which direct the positions assignments. Quality Laboratory Technician must be able to communicate well between all production departments such as Warehouse, Processing, Cheese, Whey, etc. The incumbent must be able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
