Opened in 2022, we bring a refined, design-forward approach to hospitality-offering guests an immersive, serene experience infused with the creative energy of the Valley. Located on a dynamic campus alongside AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we are home to 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey at every turn. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven professional to join us as Rooms & Groups Controller-a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest arrivals, optimal room assignments, and a five-star experience from behind the scenes. What You'll Do As Rooms Controller, you are the orchestrator of guest room logistics and a vital communication bridge between departments. You'll:

• Strategically assign rooms based on guest preferences, loyalty status, and operational needs
• Maintain an eagle-eye on availability, out-of-order rooms, and group blocks
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Sales to ensure timely room readiness
• Monitor VIP arrivals and tailor their experience through thoughtful pre-arrival planning
• Balance occupancy targets with exceptional guest satisfaction
• Act as a systems expert, utilizing PMS and other hotel technology platforms with precision
• Support the front desk team with overflow calls and coordination as needed
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve room assignment challenges with finesse

• Have a passion for creating seamless guest journeys behind the scenes
• Excel in multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving under pressure
• Communicate clearly and proactively across all levels and departments
• Bring a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset
• Are proficient in hotel systems (e.g., LightSpeed, Opera, FOSSE, or similar PMS tools)
• Have experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Rooms Division in a luxury environment
