Commission Based Position: 1099 Contractor

What You'll Do

• Oversee residential roofing projects from contract to close-out

• Coordinate schedules with precision and accountability

• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections for quality assurance

• Be the bridge between sales & homeowners

• Build and lead your own team of Field Project Coordinators as we grow

• Use tools the company provides to streamline communication and operations

• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and city codes

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of roofing project management experience (residential, insurance jobs , Retail as secondary)

• Deep knowledge of roofing systems, codes, and job site protocols

• Proven ability to hit deadlines without cutting corners

• Natural leadership and a drive to build a team under your wing

• Strong communication skills — both with homeowners and internal teams

• Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and ability to travel within DFW
