Position: Field Brand AmbassadorWe're building a fun, high-energy field team in the Tempe area and are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to help represent our brand in neighborhoods across the Valley.This is a face-to-face outreach role. You'll be the first point of contact between Tacheny and local homeowners-starting conversations, sharing who we are, and scheduling free home inspections with no pressure or sales involved.What You'll Be Doing:

• Walking designated neighborhoods and knocking doors
• Talking with homeowners about roofing or exterior needs
• Introducing our brand and setting up no-obligation inspections
• Logging homeowner info into our mobile app
• Attending quick daily huddles and weekly team meetings
• Tracking your progress and reporting daily activity

Who We're Looking For:

• Outgoing personality-you're comfortable talking to strangers
• Competitive and goal-driven (you like to win!)
• Reliable transportation (we work across the Valley)
• Comfortable walking and working outdoors for hours
• Resilient and coachable-can handle rejection and keep moving
• Sales or outreach experience is a bonus, but not required
