Rollback Driver - COMPLETE FORKLIFT REPAIR, LLC : Job Details

*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Rollback Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting forklifts, scissor lifts and other material handling equipment to and from our customer locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. When candidate isn't making deliveries they will assist in our shop. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics, as well as the ability to operate various types of forklifts. The roll back driver will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to respond quickly. This candidate MUST be able to work with little or no supervision and have excellent attendance. Ability to work Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM*Responsibilities** Operate rollback trucks in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition* Load and unload forklifts, batteries and attachments at designated locations, utilizing appropriate equipment such as forklifts and/or pallet jacks when necessary* Must be able to strap and secure all loads per safety regulations and to ensure units DO NOT get damaged* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, bill of ladings and any incidents that occur during transport.* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding schedules and any issues that may arise.* Utilize company provided tablet to record check in/check out inspections of equipment* Adhere to all safety protocols while on the road and at job sites to ensure personal safety and the safety of others* Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including organizing materials and maintaining cleanliness in the work area* Assist shop with light duty repairs as needed* Assist shop with preventive maintenance inspections on incoming/outgoing units* Assist with performing moderate to complex repairs on units* Assist with building repairs when needed* Assist with all other duties as assigned* MUST have clean driving record* Must pass drug test* Must have a valid DOT certification card*Skills** Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role involving commercial vehicles* Ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment including forklifts, walkie riders and pallet jacks safely* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions* Knowledge of safe driving practices and regulations governing commercial vehicle operation* Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during transportation or loading/unloading processes* Building maintenance, a plus -not requiredJoin our team as a Rollback Driver where you can contribute to our mission while developing your skills in a supportive environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:* Overtime payTrucking Driver Type:* Company driverTrucking Route:* LocalEducation:* High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:* Rollback: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)* DOT Certification Card (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Corinth, KY 41010 (Required)Work Location: In person
