Roll Thread Operator - Stanley Black & Decker : Job Details

With supervision, maintains high quality standards and meets production requirements in the set-up and manufacture of fasteners on one or more varieties of roll threading equipment. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES QUALITY REQUIREMENTS 1. Follows all established SPC procedures, including those described in the Companys SPC guidelines. a. Shall have a basic understanding of how to complete SPC sampling and charting and do any additional required SPC paperwork. b. Must be able to identify and respond to various patterns or conditions that occur on SPC charts. 2. Follows all first piece inspection procedures and assists other operators with first piece inspection. 3. Responsible for legible completion and signing of production prints, hourly. 4. Ability to use all gages and gaging techniques as required and uses personal micrometer and caliper. 5. Maintains required quality levels and does not exceed scrap or discrepant material limitations.
