This job leads a team involved in operating a power plant. Under limited direction, leaders in this role manage all aspects of site business and operations, achieving all production and business targets while maintaining an injury-free work site. Job Duties & Responsibilities - Ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations - Develops multi-year O and M budgets - Ensures all budget targets are met - Oversees and approves procurement activities of the site - Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
