Robotic Technical Support Coordinator - Cardinal Staffing : Job Details

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for an experienced Robotic Technical Support Coordinator for an established client located in Fremont, OH. As a Robotics Technical Support Coordinator for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in a fast-paced shop environment and be involved in all aspects of customer technical support including:

• Solving customer technical issues

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! This is a direct hire role starting with a competitive compensation of $75,000-$100,000 annually as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Responsibilities of the Robotic Coordinator:

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and quoting service for automated robotic system.
• Occasionally traveling to customer worksites to fix issues.

Required Qualifications of the Robotic Technical Support Coordinator:

• Certificate or equivalent experience in Robotics/Integrated Manufacturing, PLC, Electricity, Mechatronics, or another related field.
• Experience with FANUC robots and controllers and troubleshooting a plus.
• Experience with PLC programming, Allen Bradley/Rockwell Logix and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Pneumatic Schematics and troubleshooting.
• Experience reading Mechanical/Electrical Drawings.
• Associate Degree related to automation, robotics or manufacturing or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid drivers license.
• Siemens experience a plus
