RNG Process Engineer - Clean Energy Fuels Corporation : Job Details

Ability to direct operators in day-to-day priorities Daily monitoring of production and appropriate intervention Ability to monitor and govern facility operational process safety by Process Safety Management standards (under OSHA) and Risk Management Planning (under EPA) Prepares process flow diagrams and mass and energy balances to improve plant performance and determine theoretical outputs Analyzes the performance of existing operating facilities and develops interventions to optimize or improve performance. Analyzes equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine appropriate designs and contractual needs. Review Process and Instrumentation Diagrams working with internal and 3rd party engineering resources. Optimizing RNG performance working with PLCs, controls, and instrumentation Determines pathways and plans to improve facility reliability and uptime.
