What You'll Do:
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess resident health, report changes, and update records
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and facility policies
• Requirements:- Valid RN License
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
