RN – Tele - talent4health : Job Details

Duration: 13 weeks

Weekly Gross: $ 2,366.40

Description:

• Continuously monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
• Recognize and respond promptly to abnormal cardiac rhythms or changes in patient condition.
• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and effectiveness of treatments.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• 3 years of recent Tele RN experience at busy level 1 Trauma facility.
• NJ-RN License
• BLS -AHA
• ACLS -AHA
• NIHSS
• COVID Vaccination and Booster and Flu Shot Required

Additional:

• Work Hours: 36 or 48 hours ( Schedule: Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon. 48- Fri-Mon )
