Sentara Health is hiring a Full-Time Day-shift RN Supervisor for the Employee Occupational Health office at Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, VA.
Position Location: This position is on-site at Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital
Standard Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Responsible for performing diversified duties in support of occupational health and/or worker's compensation services. The Team Coordinator assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates health promotion as well as medical and mandated programs/activities in response to the needs of clients. Collaborates with internal and external teams to coordinate activities. The team coordinator is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of the program and staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities; assisting in the development and monitoring of the departmental budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes; serving as a technical/clinical resource to team members; and performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist staff.
