What You'll Be DoingYou'll play a key role in shaping the education and growth of our staff through:
Coordinating and delivering new hire and nursing department orientations
Creating fun, effective training sessions that keep our team sharp and confident
Overseeing employee health records and administering key vaccinations
Supporting the RN and LPN hiring process
Who We're Looking For
RN license in the state of employment
Associate's Degree or equivalent in Nursing
5+ years of RN experience
Someone who's organized, approachable, and truly enjoys helping others learn
