What You'll Be DoingYou'll play a key role in shaping the education and growth of our staff through:

  • Coordinating and delivering new hire and nursing department orientations

  • Creating fun, effective training sessions that keep our team sharp and confident

  • Overseeing employee health records and administering key vaccinations

  • Supporting the RN and LPN hiring process

Who We're Looking For

  • RN license in the state of employment

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in Nursing

  • 5+ years of RN experience

  • Someone who's organized, approachable, and truly enjoys helping others learn
