As an RN at Our Lady of Peace, you'll join a team of professionals dedicated to person-centered, compassionate care. As a leader of our care team, you'll provide direct nursing care to patients in the long-term care setting in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. In this role you will: Administer nursing care to residents under the direction and supervision of the Unit Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor. Responsible for the delivery of resident care through the process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, the RN working in the facility provides direct resident care, evaluates outcomes and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal resident care.
