RN Program Manager, Vestal 3.0United Health Services is seeking a RN Program Manager to join our Physician Practice Management department at Vestal 3.0 in Vestal, NY. This position is benefits eligible.ShiftDayHours per week:40Salary range:$32.69 - $49.04 per hour, depending on experience.OverviewUnder the direction of the VP of Physician Practices and Director of Clinical Services, the Program Manager of Quality and Compliance, supports quality management, patient safety, clinical compliance, and regulatory performance improvement activates for the Physician Practice Division. He/She collaborates with Physician Practice Operations Leaders and other System Members to establish and maintain structures and processes that drive performance ensuring highly reliable/safe patient care with the goal of achieving clinical excellence.QualificationsEducation/ExperienceMinimum Required:Bachelors in related discipline Nursing or health related field3 years of relevant experience in healthcare setting to include background in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and performance/quality improvementKnowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and NYS DOH standard/regulations.Performance Improvement training required within 1 yearPreferred:Prefer prior experience in related discipline of care (outpatient care)Experience with root cause analysisLean expert trainingLicense/CertificationMinimum Required:Current New York State license as a Registered NurseCPR within 3 months of hirePreferred: Professional certification in a related specialtyAbout United Health ServicesUnited Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 people in Upstate New York s Southern Tier region.
