Serve as a clinical, quality, evidence-based practice and patient safety expert. Developcaregivers in specific clinical areas in collaboration with clinical leaders. Drive nursing qualityindicators and evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes. Partner with clinical leaders to serve as a resource and support caregivers to improve outcomes. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve quality and safety outcomes. Collaborate with clinical leaders and clinical professional development in identifying gaps and developing plans to improve professional growth, skills and competencies. Support clinical leaders in aggregating and interpreting various quality/patient safety data with a focus on using data to drive improved care outcomes and nursing practice.
