Information is complete & documented.* Applies knowledge of National Patient Safety Goals.* Assures that hourly rounding and assessing is completed.* Demonstrates an awareness of fall prevention techniques: identifies patients at risk, communicates risks to other caregivers, reports all falls.Experience/Education Requirements* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.* Possess current hospital experience (within 5 years) or be a new nursing graduate (within 2 years).* Prefer at least 1 year of experience in hospital clinical nursing. These services include but are not limited to an Emergency Room, full service OR suites, an inpatient care unit, therapy services, advanced medical imaging, Home Health, and Hospice Care. The hospital operates rural health clinics in Watseka, IL, Gilman, IL, Milford, IL, Saint Anne, IL and Kentland, IN. The hospital also operates a skilled nursing facility, Iroquois Resident Home, which is attached to the hospital property.
