RN Nurse Coordinator - Trinity Health Corporation : Job Details

The Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to department nurse leadership. Assists with timekeeping, scheduling, data reporting/collection. They will function as the daily shift leader of the multidisciplinary team. Identifies and assists in resolution of problems related to safety, sanitation and maintenance of the environment. Practices effective communication in all interactions (patient, visitor, co-worker, etc.). Promotes a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork. Responsible for direct patient care of the hospitalized patients, providing a safe and therapeutic environment. In our Operating Room at Chelsea, more than 5,000 inpatient and outpatient surgeries are performed annually in the fields of gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, otorhinolaryngology, podiatry, plastic surgery, and spine surgery.
