The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and a strong proficiency in using Epic software. Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care to neonates in the NICU, monitoring their health and administering treatments as necessary. - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Educate families about neonatal health and care procedures, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources. - Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts in compliance with healthcare regulations. - Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in neonatal care. Qualifications: - Must have current and valid nursing license as per local regulations. - Previous experience in NICU is required. - Proficiency in Epic software is required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Requirements: - Updated immunizations, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and a recent TB test are required for onboarding. - Completion of a physical health statement and a Catholic Drug Screen is also mandatory. - Background checks including criminal and national sex offender registry checks must be successful.
