RN Med Surg/Tele - PRIDE Health : Job Details

Job Title: RN Med-Surg/Telemetry

Location: Zanesville, Ohio, 43701

Schedule: 12X3

Shift:Nights

Pay Range: $2200- $2304.36/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to adult patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips; respond to changes in cardiac rhythms
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document all care provided using Epic EMR

Requirements,Education and Certifications:

• Active Ohio RN License
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Must independently read and interpret telemetry strips
• Will be tested on telemetry skills on day one
• Epic experience is a must
