Position: RN - Maternal Care Location: New York (Bronx Borough), NY Pay Rate: $69/hr Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 Duties: - Involves nurse traveling to patient homes and providing care for anyone from newborn to 18 year old of age. - Newborn visit might require to provide care for the mother as well which will count as 2 patients. - Performing non-stress tests (NSTs) and other fetal assessments to monitor the baby's well-being. - Providing education on prenatal nutrition, exercise, signs of labor, medication safety, and preparing for childbirth. Requirements: - Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics. - Current Maternal Child home health experience. - Must have PALS and have experience in at home setting. - New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification - AHA, BLS
