Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Branford, CT 06405 Schedule: Monday–Friday, alternating shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time (contract) Interview Format: In-PersonKey ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our care team, you will:

• Deliver and document nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
• Accurately record all patient interactions and clinical activities in EPIC, ensuring timely and complete documentation
• Educate patients and families about illnesses, injuries, and self-management strategies tailored to their condition
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
• Support clinical operations by assisting with patient flow, triage, and follow-up care as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or medical office setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR systems

Dress Code

• Scrubs required (color not specified)
