RN Educator & Infection Preventionist - Bridge View Nursing Home : Job Details

Bridge View Nursing Home is seeking an RN Educator/Infection Preventionist!

The RN Educator is responsible for Staff Development & Infection Control.

This position is full-time, primarily during the day shift.

Salary is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Educators are eligible for a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus!

RN Educator Duties Include:

Developing & implementing, evidence-based, quality education programs/activities to promote individual development, competency and delivery of high-quality clinical service.

Collaborating with management, staff and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs & resources.

Developing, reviewing & updating training manuals, policies/procedures, related job aides & clinical pathways.

Educating staff in the clinical policies criteria and procedures.

Conducting new staff orientation.

Conducting quality review audits of clinical team and strategic partners to ensure that company protocols and standards are being met.

RN Educator Requirements Include:

NY State RN License.

Bachelors Degree in Healthcare or related field.

3-years of clinical experience as a registered nurse preferred.

Managed care case management experience working with dual eligible populations.
