Responsibilities
- Handle employment decisions for direct report staff, including hiring, firing, advancing, promoting or changing status.
- Responsible for overall organization and financial management of the care center.
- Provide supervision to clinical managers ensuring the delivery of quality care to patients.
- Maintain the image of the care center in the community, as well as with state and national organizations.
- Contribute to marketing activities and ensure growth goals are met.
- Ensure adequate orientation of team members.
- Assign and direct staff with appropriate skills.
- Lead staff education programs, meetings, and in-services.
- Encourage continuous education and staff development.
- Implement performance improvement programs to enhance quality care and patient outcomes.
- Oversee the delivery of care by supervising clinical managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in business or a clinical-related field.
- Two years of home care experience and at least one year of supervisory experience; or two years of leadership/management experience in healthcare, home health or hospice.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or clinical-related field with a current license.
- Home health experience.
- Current license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional, specific to the state assigned.
