Job Title: RN – CVICU (Cardiovascular ICU)Location: Albany, NYDuration: 8+ weeks Pay - $65/hr. - $70/hrWe are also offering travel and per diem packages that is based on eligibility Schedule Notes:

• Work Hours: 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts)

• Shift Timing: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• On-Call Requirement: Not specified

We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at Albany Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have advanced critical care skills with competencies in managing high-acuity postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients. Trauma Level 1 and Epic EMR experience is mandatory.

• Manage immediate post-op care for cardiac and vascular surgery patients in ICU

• Monitor and manage high-acuity patients requiring advanced hemodynamic support

• Operate ventilators and monitor arterial lines (A-lines), spinal drains, ECGs

• Titrate and manage vasoactive and inotropic medications

• Manage temporary pacemakers and complex drips

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for critical patient outcomes

• Follow strict infection control and patient safety protocols

• Registered Nurse (RN License) – Required

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of recent CVICU/staff ICU experience – Required

• Epic EMR Experience – Required

• Trauma Level 1 Experience – Required

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS – Required

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
