Job Description & RequirementsRN Case ManagerStartDate: 9/15/2025 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case ManagerPOSITION DUTIES – Interqual reviews; Liaison contact w/HH, SNF, IRF, LTAC IV infusion, DME referrals and follow up; Daily pass down; Multidisciplinary Rounds qdMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – TX/compact RN license; BLS; 1+ year acute hospital case management experience; Familiarity with most of the following MIDAS, Meditech, Care Port Discharge, Outlook, Excel, Interqual, WordPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – HCA Case Management experience; NATE familiarity; HCA MDRsLENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeksSHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-4:30p, hourly with 30-minute lunch break; Every 3rd weekendSYSTEMS – Meditech / MidasSTART DATE – ASAPFacility LocationLocated in south Texas on the Gulf of Mexico, Corpus Christi is known for its waterfront beauty and sparkling waters.
