Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor resident health and report changes in condition

Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.)

Provide emotional support to residents and families

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state/federal regulations

Collaborate with RNs, therapists, physicians, and CNAs

Support resident rehab plans and safety procedures

Supervise and assist CNAs as needed

Qualifications:

Active LPN license (Arkansas or compact state)

New graduates welcome

Strong communication and clinical skills

Compassionate, resident-centered mindset

BLS/CPR certification required
