Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project risks. Analyzes requirements, cost and schedules for risk assessment. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Uses the Integrated Systems Engineering Environment / Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (ISEE/ RIO) track program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation and risk management. Instruct U.S. Navy and Contractor Support Services personnel in risk management techniques and principles. Track and develop program risks. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Develop and maintain the Program Risk Management Plan. - - This position is contingent upon contract award. - - Requirements Education. BA/ BS degree in relevant technical field.
