Interra International is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic Credit and Risk Department. In this role, you'll play a key part in protecting our business and supporting our customers by managing account collections, resolving claims, and ensuring smooth risk operations across the organization.

• Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

• Proactively manage and negotiate delinquent accounts.

• Investigate and process customer product claims.

• Support daily risk management operations including audits and administrative duties.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 1-2 years of experience in credit, collections, and/or claims resolution.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Must successfully pass a reference and background check.
