Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at senior levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience in Model Risk Management is advantageous.
