Associate, Risk Governance with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Liaise with senior Risk division stakeholders to help drive the development of department wide programs and processes in support of strategic risk management framework and governance uplifts. Support the execution of key risk management programs for the Risk Division across a variety of areas including the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Issue Management, and New Activity Management. Design and report on aspects of the Risk divisions governance framework via the development of templates, standards, guidelines, and key performance indicators to senior management, governance committees and the Goldman Sachs Board. Contribute to the management and coordination of the divisions key governing documents and policy stacks.
