As a Risk AI & Analytics Manager, you will help our clients develop and realize their ambition to leverage AI at scale and drive better business outcomes, with a specific focus on risk consulting. You will work with a wide variety of clients to deliver the latest data science and big data technologies. Your will, in collaboration with development and business teams, design and build scalable solutions that unify, enrich, and derive insights from varied data sources across a broad technology landscape. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering, with a deep understanding of internal audit, internal controls, and compliance.This is a high growth area and a high visibility role with plenty of opportunities to enhance your skillset and build your career. We are looking for leaders at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence strategy and the scaling of AI and Machine Learning Operations capabilities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs an AI Manager, you will be joining a dynamic and interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers who love to tackle the most challenging computational problems for our clients. We love to think creatively, build applications efficiently, and collaborate in both the ideation of solutions and the pursuit of new opportunities. Many on our team have advanced academic degrees or equivalent experience in industry.You will be leading a team working with a wide variety of clients to define, develop and operationalize their AI strategy at scale.Skills And Attributes For SuccessThis role will work to deliver tech at speed, innovate at scale and put humans at the center. Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues surrounding emerging technology. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
- Leading a team working with multiple clients across sectors to define, develop, and execute their AI strategy at scale, with a focus on risk consulting.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive AI Strategy that aligns with the client's goals, mission and vision.
- Leading teams of AI engineers and data scientists in delivery of modern Machine Learning and AI solutions for clients.
- Staying abreast of AI technology trends and providing directional guidance and recommendations around ModelOps tools and solutions that fit their needs and integrate with their existing ecosystem.
- Applying combined business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps target architecture that enables implementation and monitoring of AI at scale.
- Collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, MLOps Engineers, DevOps, Internal Auditors, External Auditors, etc.) to implement and maintain solutions in the client's platform of choice and/or integrate AI solutions into the client's ecosystem.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, technology innovations, and AI regulatory requirements across the globe.
- Understanding clients' overall data, AI, and technology landscape and business priorities and success measures.
- Strong team collaboration and experience working with a diverse team in a hybrid model (on-site and remote).
- Working on large-scale client engagements. Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Delivering quality client services and driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budgets.
- Collaborating, influencing, and building consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening.
- Solving problems by incorporating data into decision making.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree, or MS degree in Business or Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
- Experience interacting with and designing solutions for internal audit, internal controls, compliance, and business processes (both finance and operations).
- Minimum of 6-8+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles.
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience directly managing technical teams and/or consulting teams.
- Experience using and managing the deployment of Generative AI models and frameworks e.g. OpenAI family, open source LLMs, Dall-e, LlamaIndex, Langchain, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience working with popular ML packages such as scikit-learn, Pytorch, and ONNX, or related ML libraries.
- Extensive experience using DevOps tools like GIT, Azure Devops and Agile tools such as Jira to develop and deploy analytical solutions with multiple features, pipelines, and releases.
- A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including data ingestion, analysis, transformation, and evaluation for predictions.
- Experience with MLOps platforms such as MLFlow.
- Strong skills in Python.
- Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines.
- Experience deploying end-to-end ML workflows on major cloud platforms.
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software engineering best practices.
- Proficiency with data manipulation tools and libraries such as SQL, Pandas, and Spark.
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization and scaling models.
- Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
- Team player.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience leading business or IT transformation projects supporting data science, business intelligence, AI, and cloud applications at scale.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, privacy, and data protection standards.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with design thinking.
- Certifications in Data & AI domains (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake).
- Ability to teach concepts, tools, and approaches effectively.
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Skills in languages beyond Python: R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C.
- Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
