ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt Right of Way Project Manager to work on projects based out of Kansas and Missouri. The selected candidate can expect to report to our St. Charles, MO office daily and must reside within a 30-minute commute of our St. Charles, MO office. Candidate can expect to travel throughout Hays, KS and Missouri about 25% of the time based on project requirements.
What you will be doing:
As our Right of Way Project Manager, you'll be in the driver's seat of some of the most complex and exciting public projects around. You'll work alongside our amazing clients to ensure their projects are executed seamlessly, from start to finish. Responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, managing team performance, and building relationships with key vendors and agencies, as well as pursuing new business development opportunities.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for implementing strategies for the Public Sector, set forth by the Executive Vice President (EVP), in compliance with overall company strategy to facilitate and foster client relationships.

ORC is one of the nation's oldest firms providing land acquisition, relocation and program management services for infrastructure projects. ORC provides a full range of right of way services to public agencies, utility companies and energy clients.
Physical Requirements: English language proficient. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in person, via phone and email. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. This role requires the employee to travel regularly to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations.
