RGM Trade Manager - Glanbia plc : Job Details

The Opportunity

This permanent position will report to the RGM Trade Director.

The RGM Manager, Trade will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure optimal use of trade spend and shopper marketing funds. This role is pivotal in maintaining budget discipline and driving return on investment across customer and brand portfolios. As a key member of the broader Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, the RGM Manager will also play a central role in educating and enabling the sales function to leverage RGM principles effectively.

GPN Americas is a +$1B organization encompassing sales of ON, SlimFast, think!, Isopure, BSN, and Amazing Grass brands across North America and LATAM. The RGM Manager will support these brands within a designated sales area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary RGM contact for the sales team
• Serving as the subject matter expert for Trade Architecture and Customer Investment Optimization
• Co-developing processes and guidelines for sales engagement
• Reviewing and approving/rejecting promotions that exceed established guidelines
• Conducting regular promotional ROI analyses and collaborating with sales to enhance effectiveness
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to budget targets
• Partnering with CCO Finance on budget guardrails
• Supporting annual planning cycles
• Assisting the RGM Customer Investment Director with related initiatives

The Skills you will bring to the team

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in RGM, finance, trade development, or sales operations
• Strong analytical mindset and financial acumen
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and influence decision-making
• Demonstrated success in process definition and improvement
• SAP TPM experience is a plus
• Scalable candidate with potential for future growth within the organization

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. Annual salary for Illinois - based employees for this role is $105,000 to $125,000 with bonus potential.
