Job Description:

Education: B.A., B.S. degree, professional certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Basic Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in government or critical infrastructure industry, directly related to land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications

Sample Duties: Develop requirements from project inception to conclusion in the subject matter area for communications and/or information technology systems. Perform technical analysis and evaluation, prepare technical specifications, system budgets, project timelines, benchmarks, and recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts. Provide overall program management.
