We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated RF Test Technician to join a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for electronics and hands-on work to contribute to the testing and assembly of cutting-edge products and systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.
• Follow detailed Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Use a variety of measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards.
• Accurately document test results, maintain data records, and assist in generating reports.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and throughput goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic test equipment.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to grow and learn in a technical role.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACTIVE Secret Clearance
• Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics is preferred.
