RF Technician Helper

The RF Technician Helper will support wireless small cell and ODAS deployments throughout the DMV area for major carriers. Technicians will work in teams of 24 under the supervision of Lead Technicians. Responsibilities include:

  • Mounting and testing Remote Radio Heads (RRHs) and antennas (implementation not required at this time)
  • Performing system alignment and conducting tests using OTDR, power meters, and spectrum analyzers
  • Assisting with shell work/upgrades, 5G antenna installation, warehouse pre-builds, and possible trial phases
  • Engaging professionally with customers during deployment activities
  • Supporting rooftop builds as needed

Top Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecommunications construction (ISP/OSP experience preferred)
  • Solid understanding of hand tools and mechanical aptitude (telecommunications background preferred)
  • Dependable work ethic, effective communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a strong willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
